As well as being close to the Peak District National Park, Cutthorpe has many beautiful walks around the locality. Below are a list of local walks and links to other websites (links open in a new window). Country Walks in North East Derbyshire - Holymoorside, Brampton and Cutthorpe, NEDDC Viewranger - this route takes in Cutthorpe and Old Brampton, it mentions the Old Pump, which is now refurbished and named the Peacock at Barlow. Viewranger also shows other local walks with map and includes mountain biking routes. Some routes are free to download.
